a successful negotiation and the reasons they succeed or fail. Assisting your
customers and clients in negotiating is a basic service they will expect from you.
Get a better understanding of the process and what it takes to prepare for
negotiations, build reasonable expectations and conduct more successful
negotiations for every buyer and seller you work with.
