Without the Purchase Contract, real estate transactions don’t happen. This
course takes a close look at all the documents available to real estate brokers.
Your understanding of the Purchase Contract determines your success in helping
buyers and sellers get what they want in any deal. Additionally, you want to make
sure you communicate all the components of the purchase agreement, as well as
the addendums and information sheets you might use, to your customers and
clients. We’ll take time to discuss how to present and complete the PA with some
best practices.
