The Purchase Contract is the core of a real estate purchase or sale. It’s comprehensive,
detailed and often changes. In addition to taking a page-by-page view of the contract, we will
help you understand and explain its workings to your customers and clients. Also, we will take a
closer look at some of the documents you use along with the Purchase Contract and give tips to
help you execute those you need to utilize in your transactions. NAR’s settlement has
introduced some new and very different concepts your will want to digest and execute property
as new scenarios emerge. With a clear grasp of all the new information, you’ll find yourself
better able to focus on getting it done and done right.
