Everyone faces the point of making a decision on how to handle a situation ethically. This course examines the process of Ethical decision making in a variety of business and real estate situations. You will also find new ways of dealing with those who choose not to behave ethically. This course also fulfills the NAR 3 year Code of Ethics requirement that must be taken by all REALTORS® where we look at the articles and apply them to everyday real life situations. Additionally, we will see the process of enforcing the Code of Ethics through NAR and your local or state association.
