As always, the 2025 Core Course is a requirement for all real estate Brokers as part of the
renewal of your license. It is best to make taking the most current Core Course a high priority
each year. This year’s Core Course provides some clarification of the requirements of the NAR
Settlement, a discussion of updated NMAR forms and a particular focus on dealing with
Unrepresented Buyers in a transaction. Additionally, a review of Professionalism and its impact
on building trust and improving your customer and client experience as well as Legal Updates
and Hot Topics from ASM will round it all out. Plenty to help every Broker work more confidently
and effectively.
